Lights out in the Sun Bowl (UTEP vs Colorado State 2011) Game

At the end of halftime during Saturday night's game, the lights at the Sun Bowl went out and created a 30-minute delay. I thought it was all apart of the show but later realized it was not. Teams were leaving the locker room for the second half when it happened.
