Chrome OS Fail!

I attempted to install Google Chrome OS using the instruction at http://chromeos.hexxeh.net/. This unfortunately did not work for me. I downloaded the latest zip file, unzipped it using winzip, put the image file on a 8 Gig USB file, attempted to boot using the USB but it just hung up. I changed the bios to include USB but it still did not work. The laptop I attempted to boot Googe Chrome OS is a Acer 5102WLMi.
