I have been a Sprint customer for about 4 years. Iv noticed recently that Sprint is cutting back on their customer service. No longer can you get a price cut on a cell phone after one year, they make you wait 2 years before you can get a price reduction. I am also frustrated in how long its taken to get 4g in El Paso. Iv just recently noticed 4g connections on the East side of town and at Sun land Park area. Having said that i recently went to ATT to check out the Samsung Galaxy Note. I have to say that i was pretty impressed. I love the big screen and it reminds me of 11 years ago when i owned a palm pilot.
My next question is, when will Sprint get the Samsung Galaxy Note. ATT rates were way to much.
